Veil of Roses

Tamila Soroush wanted it all. But in the Islamic Republic of Iran, dreams are a dangerous thing for girl. Tamila abandons them. Until her 27 birthday, when her parents give her a one way ticket to America, hoping she will go and wake up her luck. If they have their way, Tamila never return to Iran. Which means she has three months to find a husband i America. Three months before she is sent back for good.

  2. Charles, your book sounds interesting. I can see that you have written a description that you found online/ on the book cover- please use your own words in your posts.

    This book seems to be written by an American woman. It will be interesting to see how her biases about American vs. Iranian culture are seen in this novel. I am looking forward to hearing about your book!
